Refund policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Anything after 7 days will be the customer's responsibility for the costs of returning items to us.
SALE ITEMS & HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

In the case that your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim on UPS/USPS website. Once, you have filed a claim and received a claim number you will need to reach out to mail.sixthirty@gmail.com and provide claim number. Once the claim number is provided, we will send out replacement item for what was lost/stolen. If the item is not in stock, you will have to option to receive store credit immediately or wait 2-4 weeks for refund to process.
