Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Six Thirty Shop is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and a secure location is available to receive your order.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received your package, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations around your address, including porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or with neighbors.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can often provide delivery details and speak with your route carrier.

If the package is still not found, we can assist you in filing a missing mail claim with USPS. Please note that we are not able to refund or replace orders that are confirmed as delivered.

To help avoid delivery issues:

Consider shipping to a secure location or a P.O. Box.

Add delivery instructions to your order.

Choose the shipping protection option at checkout.
